Tournament Rules:

•All players must join the official Discord server.

All communication including score reporting, issue resolution, and admin announcements will take place there.

If there’s ever a problem with match scores, or if an admin pings you to provide evidence

• Host Must be in the Middle East

• Gameplay is in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team

• The winner is determined from one match

• The player’s EA ID must match the one in the Tournament table; if wrong you will be disqualified

• In the event, one of the opponents disconnected in the middle of the game, create a new Game and continue from where the game stopped (A Screen Shot must be provided from where the game stopped)

• When no specific time is agreed upon, the game will be played on the official date set by the organizers

• Match should be played at a specified time that is aligned with the tournament schedule. It is possible to play before the specified time if both parties agree (A Screenshot Must be taken and sent to the Organizer of the Conversation of acceptance of the two parties)

• Insults are strictly prohibited, and its owner will be immediately ''disqualified'' from the tournament

Match Settings:

• Game mode: EA FC 26 Ultimate Team

• Match duration: 12 minutes (6 minutes per half)

• Game Speed: Normal

• Squad Type: Online

• In case of draw: Extra time and penalties if needed

Score Submission Rules:

• You must send a photo proving your victory and clarify the name of the competitor when recording the results

• The time when the screenshot was taken must be clearly visible in the evidence with the friend request

• If the time doesn’t show in your screenshot, record a short video showing the friend request and the time, then send it to an admin on Discord

• Lack of attaching your score image may attempt you to lose the match

• Players who are late for more than 15 minutes will be disqualified

• If the opponent didn't accept your Friend Request, you must submit a screenshot as proof showing the time 15 mins after the match starts and the Friend request of the opponent

• if you have the player as a friend from previous tournaments, please provide a picture of the chat showing the time of the last message of his absence (time as to be 15 minutes after the match time)

• In the event, the opponent does not respond, you must register attendance at the official time allotted to the match. The button appears in your matches list after 15 mins from when the match started

• Waiting time is 15 minutes. In case of no response, the player is considered withdrawn from the match

• In the event the attendance no result is transmitted by both parties, one of the Parties will randomly qualify

Here are the steps to submit scores:

• Login to Kafu Games & go to “My Tournaments”

• Select your Tournament

• Click on the “Matches” tab

• Click on “Submit Scores”

• Enter your score, upload the screenshot and click “Done”

• Submitting the score will be available after 15 minutes of your match time for 60 minutes
